With over 30 years of experience in the travel industry, Alison has held a range of senior leadership roles, beginning with a long and successful tenure at Thomas Cook, where she led high-performing sales teams and drove consistent revenue growth. After winning numerous awards, she brought her expertise to Hays Travel, before moving into the tour operating sector as Head of Sales & Guest Operations at James Villas, where she played a key role in shaping customer experience and commercial strategy through the travel trade and tour operating.

Alison is currently the Director of Sales at Hilton, where she oversees all conference, meeting space, and group business across the UK & Ireland. A dynamic and results-driven sales leader, she brings a proven track record of delivering performance, building strong client relationships, and inspiring teams to exceed targets.
