Bill passed away on Saturday 26 October at home in Lanarkshire after falling ill during the summer. He leaves wife Susan, daughters Sharon and Wendy, and grandchildren Ross and Hannah.
The funeral will take place on 28 November 11am at Linn Crematorium.

The next ITT Odyssey Supper on 6 March will be hosted by Lord Snape of Wednesbury at the prestigious House of Commons and sponsored by the Italian National Tourist Board.
The event will start with a drinks reception at 19:00, followed by a three course dinner and after dinner speech by Alyson Playford, Aviation Director, Heathrow Airport.
Daniel Rowles, a seasoned professional with 25 years in Digital Marketing and Digital Transformation, serves as CEO of TargetInternet.com, Program Director at Imperial College Business School, and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Following studies as an opera singer, Duncan began his career in the Navy and went on to hold positions within easyJet and the Advertising Standards Authority.
He changed European and UK law on three separate occasions including lifting the ban on LGBT+ military personnel in 2000. He also instigated a media and political campaign to grant Lesbian and Gay service personnel employment rights and undertook the first study into racism in the Armed Forces.
Duncan will inspire and motivate with his session on leadership and human rights.
