Louie is a highly-motivated industry professional and former TTG 30 Under 30 candidate with over eight years of experience. After graduating from Oxford University in 2016, Louie embarked on the Commercial Graduate Programme at Thomas Cook in 2016. Since then, he has held commercial leadership positions at both Thomas Cook and the UK’s largest hotel chain, Premier Inn. Louie is now managing the strategy at easyJet holidays as the business continues to scale and deliver brilliant holidays at unbeatable prices.

Louie is a firm advocate for early careers and is focused on helping the next generation of travel industry talent. He has been working as part of ITT’s Education and Training Committee since 2019. As part of this work, Louie delivers university talks, mentors students and works on projects that connect students with travel companies. He has recently led on the launch of the Committee’s new initiative, “Project ITT”, where students collaborate with businesses to deliver market analysis.

Outside of the travel industry, Louie is an avid rugby player, food-lover and charity fundraiser. In July 2024, he completed a 100km ultra-marathon to raise funds for Reuben’s Retreat along with another ITT Board Member, Lucia Rowe. Louie is delighted to be part of the ITT Board and is fully committed to supporting the travel and tourism industry.
