Angela Day is a seasoned travel industry professional whose career began in the 1990s with P&O Travel. Her passion for the sector quickly propelled her to a pivotal role at Holiday Autos, a dynamic car rental broker. Over the next decade, Angela honed her expertise and vision, ultimately founding Affordable Car Hire. What began as a venture in her garage grew into a global market leader, providing holiday car rentals and motorhome holidays for nearly 20 years.

Despite her success, Angela faced a significant challenge when the COVID-19 pandemic struck, leading to the difficult decision to close Affordable Car Hire. However, her resilience and entrepreneurial spirit shone through as she joined forces with fellow entrepreneur Peter Healey to launch TravelTravel.com, a B2B motorhome and travel website aimed at revolutionizing the travel experience.

In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavors, Angela has served as a board director for the Institute of Travel & Tourism (ITT) for 14 years. She is excited to rejoin the board and collaborate with a dynamic team of fellow directors, committed to taking the ITT to new heights.
