ITT and Open University announce a CPD marketing agreement

ITT is delighted to announce an agreement with the Open University to provide web-based learning and development courses ideal for CPD for members. In working with the OU, ITT has negotiated for members a special discount of 10% off for these courses. The courses are designed for busy professionals and feature the distinctive strengths of the OU from its years of expertise in work-based learning, normally condensed into approximately 20-30 hours of study and offering:

• The convenience of accessing clearly presented and sequenced materials and activities and the support of an expert learning adviser whenever it suits you and wherever you have access to the protected course web-site.  
• A work-based activity submitted and assessed as an assignment to help you connect a course to your learning and organisational context and needs.
• An OU Certificate of successful completion to demonstrate your CPD to your employer and/or professional bodies.

Initial courses include professional skills such as Managing Performance Through People, Effective Leadership Skills, Managing Organisation Performance and Applying Strategic Thinking.
