Welcome to the ITT’s research pages. As the leading professional association in the sector, the Institute recognises the value of research and the importance of informed reflection on practice. As a consequence, it is seeking to signpost research relating to travel and tourism and to make connections between ITT members and universities undertaking relevant research.

This section of the web site contains details of research undertaken by the ITT professor on behalf of the Institute, links to the work of others via the ‘Research Nuggets’ section, and details of the ITT awards for travel and tourism research excellence.

In the near future, we hope to improve the value of this site by providing links to high calibre research schools.
