ITT Fellow (F Inst TT)
- Qualification via an ITT Diploma or
- 5 years as a Member of the Institute,
plus an approved qualification*
* ITT will consider all applicants’ existing
qualifications, including those gained via in-house training programmes.
Because the list of potential qualifications within the industry is
so vast, the Institute will advise which category of membership is
applicable.
You will receive an ITT Diploma Certificate and the right
to use the designatory letters, F Inst TT, if you qualify as outlined
above.
ITT Fellow
- 10 years experience in the travel and tourism industry at
management, senior executive or director level or
- 10 years as a Member
of the Institute
ITT Member (M Inst TT)

- 3 years as a Member of the Institute,
plus an approved qualification*

- 3 years experience in the travel and tourism industry at management,

- 5 years experience in the travel
and tourism industry or
- 3 years as an Introductory Member of the Institute
Affiliate Member
- A current position whereby your role involves working
with the travel and tourism industry but for which no formal travel qualification
is available. For example, travel related PR, law, advertising, marketing,
finance etc.
Introductory Member
- A current position in the travel industry in which
you have had less than 3 years experience. Note: this category is available
for up to 3 consecutive years only.
Student Member
- Participating in an ITT recognised travel and tourism
course, studying at college, university or home study.
Corporate Membership
Corporate Members are entitled to a range of benefits
including use of the ITT logo on company literature and membership
of the Odyssey Club. Further details can be found on the Member Benefits
page.
Group Membership
The Institute will consider group applications from
companies offering in-house training programmes – e.g. a multiple
travel agency may enrol all employees that pass a recognised in-house
training programme. Group Membership applications are tailor-made to
suit your business. Further details available on request.
University/College
Membership
Universities and Colleges offering recognised travel & tourism
courses may be considered for membership. Further details can be found
on the Member Benefits page. |
