Simon Vincent is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Opodo — one of Europe’s leading online travel companies. Established in 2001 as a joint venture between nine European airlines, it is now majority owned by Amadeus, the pan European technology company. Opodo, which has operations in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Spain, has gross sales in excess of £1billion and employs over 800 people. As well as the Opodo other brands which form part of the Opodo Group include Promovacances, Karavel, Eviaggi, Quest Travel, Travellink and Vivacances.
