ITT Graduate Appointments

ITT and AA Appointments have joined forces to develop and support graduates and employers in the travel and tourism industry.  Something that has been talked about for a long time but without any definitive solution.

ITT Graduate  Recruitment can help to place new Travel and Tourism Graduates into a position within the industry. We do this by liaising with the Universities and Colleges, meeting students, keeping them informed and encouraging them to do some extra “off the curriculum” work that has a practical edge in order for them to look even more attractive to their prospective employer. We can also deliver to the Lecturers to ensure that we all have a common goal and that it can in fact be realised by us working together to encourage and develop the students so that when they graduate they have an additional edge for their prospective employer within  the industry.

We then introduce the graduate to the industry completely free of charge!

This means that businesses get the fresh new talent, the managers of tomorrow, delivered to the door by a tried, tested and trusted specialist recruiter working with the Industry's Institute and the Graduates have a conduit to help them get to the employers instead of posting their CV everywhere and getting nowhere.
