Sue Kavanagh, HR Director at Carlson Wagonlit said: "Carlson Wagonlit Travel has been involved with the ITT Accreditation programme for several years now. At CWT we feel it important to recognise the achievements of our staff. We found that for staff passing a training course that is run internally but also has external accreditation is very motivating for the teams. They see the ITT as an important body in the travel industry and feel to have attended a training course that is accredited by the ITT is something definitely worth having. There is also a recognition of the quality of the training programmes that we run and endorses what we are doing internally within the organisation. It is therefore a great acknowledgement for CWT and also for the employees who complete the training programmes."
