ITT Membership Manager
Paul Evans joined ITT in July 2003 as Membership Manager, based in the Ware office. Paul has 26 years experience in the travel industry — with operational managerial experience in tour operating, principally in the group travel market operating touring and ski holidays, specialising in school/student and youth travel. He also has extensive experience of military travel/training and incoming markets. Paul’s role includes looking after our existing Member database and annual renewals, as well as new membership acquisition and the development of additional membership benefits.

ITT Commercial Director
Ande is responsible for managing ITT's commercial
initiatives, including sponsorship. Her career in travel began when she
joined ABTA in 1992 where as Executive Officer she worked closely with
ABTA's councils and committees. She developed ABTA's alliances with travel
insurance companies and intermediaries and jointly developed the 'Be Sure
About Insurance' manual, designed to help travel agents sell insurance
more professionally. Before joining ITT, Ande was Head of Communications
at the Travel Protection Group.
