ITT SKILLS ZONE/ITT STUDENT ZONE AT WTM 2007 BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND

The fourth Skills Zone was held at the 2007 World Travel Market. Skills Zone is dedicated to training, qualifications and personal professional development.

The ITT Skills Zone/ITT Student Zone Seminars appeal to everyone, from seasoned travel professional to travel and tourism students.

The two seminar programmes were run on Wednesday 14th and Thursday 15th November 2007.

Skills Zone

(For senior and middle management)

These seminars were aimed at senior/middle management, agents and reservation/counter clerk staff, including cruising. They gave tips on how to attract the right staff, Customer Service, Sales, Understanding GDS, Building Customer Loyalty in the Digital Age, and the ATP scheme.

North Gallery Room 14

These seminars were aimed at students and lecturers. Subjects ranged from World Destination Training (Malaysia and Oman) to the New 14-19  Diploma.
