FUNDING FROM THE LONDON LEARNING AND SKILLS COUNCIL FOR HIGH FLYERS MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

We are pleased to announce that funding has been secured from the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) for the Growth Programme – a high flyers management development course.

The course is being run by ITT, ABTA and Transitions. The usual cost of the course per person is over £2000.  However, by pooling our resources we are able to offer the course for £1200 per person. Your company may also qualify for an £800 grant from the Learning and Skills Council in London, which could mean you only pay £400!

The funding is available to senior managers, directors and CEOs.

In order to qualify for the funding your company must:

  • Employ between 10-249 employees
  • Must not have Investors in People (IIP)
  • Must not have accessed significant vocational funding in the last 12 months
  • Must not have received significant State Aid in the last 3 years
  • Must not be publicly funded

One grant is available per eligible organisation.

If you do not qualify for funding but would still like to attend the course you may attend for the full fee of £1200.

The Growth programme was developed by Dr. Shai Vyakarnam, Director of the Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning at Cambridge University and Director of Transitions. This high calibre business course has, up to now, been sadly lacking in our industry. Over the past 10 years over 500 businesses have completed the course across many business sectors. Over the last two years, Worldchoice have run 3 such courses with 36 travel businesses and have been extremely impressed with the level of success.
